Ellen has worked one-to-one with over 700 individuals to support their transition from one career to the next. She is a certified Relational Dynamics Coach with Distinction and runs a national programme of support services at the renowned charity for elite professional dancers, Dancers' Career Development.
A lifelong motorsport enthusiast, Ellen founded Beyond Motorsport to provide specialist support to the motor racing industry with a unique understanding of the challenges faced when retiring or transitioning from an elite level career to the next chapter.
Ellen is passionate about supporting people to achieve their potential, whatever that means to them, and the ripple effect that has on society and the world.
